  i have lived with my dad in this neighborhood for the past 4 years and we never had any issues then,but for this recent months we are having a lot of issues with the bills,my dad pays the bills and it's always on time except when one time he mistakenly handed the older check and got penalize for the late fee that he paid right away.Anyway, we have a zero balance before, but now a previous balance shows up from nowhere and the employees themselves couldn't figure out how we have a previous balances.Going back to the late fees the previous staff that my dad was dealing with told him to pay just the current balance which he's been doing and now ,you figured that the previous balance goes rocket high . That the new staff is demanding us to pay. When it shouldn't be there in the first place.They did not do there job and they just demand us to pay for something we don't know about.
  
  Note : if you look into your statement with balances ,it never state what are your previous balances for(in our statement) ,no explanation which you deserve to know.
  When i went to the office and talk about the previous mystery balance the staff showed me their logs of our bills and i brought our statements that they handed to us every month and I'm not surprise they are confused about everything,its does not match with what they are explaining and the hard copy that they provided us monthly. I am still trying to figure this out with them and their is no progress.
  
  P.S I am paying for my fathers bills and I am not paying for anything when they couldn't even understand what i am paying for. Business is business ,we pay what we have to pay but do your job right.
