  3 years ago when I first went to this dentist I was very happy.! The hygienist did a great job and was very find and even went as far as to give me great knowledge on how to take better care of my teeth. I also referred my sister to them who need some major dental work done. Unfortunately her experience wasn’t the same as mine. She went back many times to try and get problem resolved but to no avail. I still trusted Yates so I decided to still keep him as my dentist despite the issues she had. Well, upon returning I received some cold shoulders. Also since Yates practice was expanding I was told I couldn’t get an appointment with him for three months, but I could see his partner. Not what I wanted, but I excepted anyway also at the same time I was pressured to enroll in the gardens dental plan they offer thinking it would save me money in the long run. Long story short, all three teeth his partner worked on had issues. So diasapointed. I still went back for my final cleaning and exam seeing that I still had a final cleaning that I paid $150 dollars for in the dental plan. The hygienist scraped so hard on my teeth that they hurt for days after, and to make matters worse when Dr.Yates came into do the exam he asked me to lift my tounge then walked out and said only three words “your gums are receding.” No helpful advice no compassion towards the patient. I was completely in aw. I will no longer visit this practice. I’m sure this will make them happy as they developed a disliking for me because of the way my sister treated them after a crown and vinere where done poorly on my sister. But I will worn future patients this practice wants your money and that’s it. They give you this fake over the top introduction just to dissapoint on the actually work. That’s what happens I guess when a dentist gets greedy. Can’t provide individual care and attention.
