  This office has generally had a reputation for slow service and disrespect of customers. Yesterday I experienced this first hand. I went to pick up a package that had been sent registered and required a signature. I stood in line and when my turn was up another customer who seemed familiar with the staff came into the building and asked the employee who would be waiting on me next to retrieve a package. He had a slip similar to mine and I asked to have my package retrieved but was ignored. I told the consumer that I had waited in line and should have been the next person served, not him and he told me that I had gone to the wrong place for package pickup. There were no signs of any sort to show that parcel pickup was in another location. When the employee came back, he completely ignored me and called the next in line up. I guess fellow next in line didn't move up to the counter quickly enough and he acted rudely toward him. The fellow was justifiably insulted and suggested that his behavior explained why the post office is in trouble. Then the consumer who had gone before me and the empaloyee started bantering about people acting strange...must be the change in weather, ha,ha, ha. I frankly was humiliated. Finally a worman who actually tried to be helpful explained that the parcel retrieval fellow would be there soon. When no one came for a few minutes she finally took my slip and got the package for me.
  The employees at this site have always had a really bad work ethic here (leaving their post in spite of an extremely long line; not having a customer oriented approach) and now they are downright abusive and insulting. They shouldn't get away with it. It seems that no one is really managing/supervising the employees and they act as though they aren't accountable.

  Paid extra to get an important package early, 4 days in a row the mail carrier has tried delivering to my neighbors house instead of mine. Guess what, my neighbors have a very deeply gated home, and dogs. Thus my tracking says "no access," or "animal interference." In other instances the mail man won't make the 100ft trip to my covered doorway if it's raining, and I don't get packages. And seemingly without fail, leaves all packages out by the road in plain sight, or hanging out of my mail box ripe to steal. Which has resulted in just that. Regarded as the worst post office around, thanks.
