  All the veterinarians I have ever known have had more compassion than this doctor or anyone working there. Their office procedures are non existent, the "surgical coordinator" couldn't coordinate lunch at chucky cheese and this is nothing more than a vertically expanding business enterprise with little or no concern for the patient.   Dr. Routman performed a slap tear repair in March 2017 and feels perfect 10 years post op. If there's a difficult repair, like my posterior laberal tear, he's the man to see. He's smart, has a great attitude and listens to all of your questions and concerns. A big thank you to Ed Smith at Athlete's Advantage for his top notch physical therapy after the surgery, which with this type of surgery is CRUCIAL!
