  Normally Maryann helps me, this afternoon she was assisting another customer. The other sales associate-an older gentleman-took awhile to give another customer lengthy directions to find an 'organic food store' and told me he would be right over to assist me. After the customer left, i guess he decided that it was more important to restock merchandise than to help me...disappointing.

  Seriously challenged help. I went in to pick up a suit for my stepson. The young lady at the counter asked me if she could help me. I told her I was there to pick up a suit for *****. She couldn't find it. Then she asked if it was an alteration. I said yes and showed her my receipt. She said the receipt doesn't match the name I gave her. I said yes it's my wife's name on the receipt and it's for my stepson. She goes back again and can't find it. She comes out and asks if the suit is for someone else. I said yes it's for ******. She goes back and gets it. Then she tells me she suggests when I go to pick up something again I give them the name of the person it was for. WTF!!! I told her that was the first thing I said when I went in.
