  I researched this place and went here because I'm not a supporter of big box stores and I own several independent retail businesses. All I'm going to say is, this isn't the kind of service I'm accustomed to receiving back at my local Ace Hardware; aloof, disinterested, SLOOOW. If they aren't going to provide service, because they don't have the prices or selection, one might as well go to Lowe's or Home Depot-- which from now on I will. It's astonishing to me there isn't a better independent hardware store out this way.
