  Amy and the Quantum team did an excellent job with both selling our previous home and purchasing our current home. They not only go us full asking price for our previous home (making recommendations for simple affordable ways to bring up the value of the home) but was also able to negotiate down the purchasing price on our current home after the inspector found a few issues during the inspection (we purchased a foreclosure). Amy and the team were patient with us on our almost impossible new house "wish list" and was able to hit the mark on all our requests. They were very knowledgeable with the special requirements for purchasing a foreclosure as well as with the selling our previous home under a VA loan. Amy and the team navigated us through inspection processes, appraisal process and approval process and was quick to respond with questions we had through the process. I would definitely recommend Quantum Realty Advisors Inc. and Amy especially to all our family and friends as well as seek out their expertise in future home purchases.
