  With regards to the franchise owner at 11290 Legacy Ave STE K130, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410.
  
  I must say this is the worst representative of Things Remembered I have ever had the displeasure of having custom engraving done.
  
  I had them engrave 3 Yeti Tumblers, which retail over $55.00 each, and they botched up the engraving. Once confronted with the mistake the official response was “Oops, I'm Sorry!!
  
  Very poor customer service as far as I’m concerned…
