  Greg Melancon and his team at Hallmark-Properties have all of the best qualities you would hope for in choosing who to do business with. That is a bold statement but coming from someone who has been working as a Mortgage Banker for over a decade, I have had a few thousand experiences with clients and Agents and would certainly be qualified to make the statement.
  
  Greg and his team are extremely high level communicators. You will never wonder what's going on and at the same time, you will be able to trust that Greg and his team have your best interest in mind with every move they make. They will help lead you to the right decision with certainty, knowing all of the necessary information you will need to know to make an informed decision together.
  
  After working with Greg for a while, he told me he used to be a Banker like myself for 30 years before moving into real estate to continue his career. His knowledge of the lending side, blended with a couple decades in real estate makes all the difference.
  
  If you're looking for someone to work with, stop looking and use Greg and his team. I now send every client I work with in Greg's area directly to him as I wouldn't trust them to anyone else.
